Advanced Materials Knowledge
Our CMT Division produces thousands of individual reports annually for various laboratory tests and field inspection of construction materials. Most of these involve concrete, aggregates, soils in-place, and bituminous materials. Also, we regularly test brick, granite, stone masonry, mortar, and manufactured elements, such as prestressed beams and precast panels.
Subsurface Due Diligence
We possess a wide array of engineering applications to conduct near-surface geophysical explorations, such as locating underground voids, utilities, tanks, piping, potential hazards, geologic features, and anomalies, to enhance your construction projects.

Our engineers are qualified and experienced in designing the most appropriate and cost-effective pile foundation system utilizing both traditional methods of inspection and monitoring technologies (including remote monitoring). Pile installation methods include using Pile Driving AnalyzerTM (PDA) in conjunction with the Case Pile Wave Analysis Program (CAPWAP) and wave equation analysis (GRLWEAP) to evaluate static axialpile capacity and integrity.
